Job Description

Avion Express seeks a Maintenance Safety Manager in Vilnius Lithuania to lead a team of Maintenance Safety Officers and investigate technical and safety incidents within the company. You will act as a subject matter expert in safety risk management while collaborating with management on safety matters pertinent to CAMO and Maintenance activities. This role involves monitoring and addressing safety issues conducting technical safety data analysis and leading safety meetings. A focus on implementing industry best practices is essential. Ideal candidates will possess a university-level education or equivalent in aviation and at least two years of experience in the aeronautical industry preferably within EASA Part-145 or Part-M fields. Strong analytical skills comprehensive knowledge of Safety Management Systems and leadership capabilities are vital. Candidates must also have a professional demeanor and a command of the English language.
