Aeroclass.org part of BAA Training is seeking a Sales Manager who will take charge of B2B sales growth and profitability. The role demands a proactive individual capable of implementing sales strategies while identifying potential clients and their needs. You will be responsible for preparing and leading sales pitches conducting outbound calls and fostering long-term relationships with new customers in the aviation sector. A crucial aspect of this role includes collaborating with different teams to craft sales proposals and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance sales volumes. The Sales Manager position requires over two years of experience in sales or business development preferably within the EU or EMEA markets and knowledge of the aviation training industry is advantageous. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong business acumen communication skills and a team-oriented attitude while demonstrating flexibility and effective time management. Fluency in English and Russian is necessary with additional languages being a plus. The position also involves travel for events and exhibitions aligned with the company's objectives.
