As part of your role you will be expected to provide technical leadership and employ your web development expertise to inspire and challenge your team. Your responsibilities will encompass estimating work and setting goals while contributing to software design and implementation utilizing Web technologies or Flutter. Additionally you will ensure the delivery of high-quality user experiences by debugging and fixing user-related issues and participating in code reviews. The role also necessitates contributing to technical documentation and advocating for your product through technical discussions. Successful candidates should exhibit a passion for web development and be equipped with excellent interpersonal skills valuing soft skills that enhance team dynamics. Proficiency in English is necessary and experience with Linux is preferred.
