We are hiring for the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the global FP&A Teams and be a leader within the wider finance team. In this role you will be responsible for guiding financial strategy through monthly business reviews and forecasting as well as driving cross-functional business alignment and developing the long term roadmap for the FP&A team. Ideal candidates will be highly analytical independent thinkers with a proven record of leading a team in data analysis to advise on critical financial commercial and strategic decisions. You will develop executive reporting dashboards including Board reporting and monthly financial results while also analyzing and reporting on monthly results leading indicators and KPIs. Your responsibilities will involve providing commercial analysis developing growth targets and evaluating strategic initiatives along with managing financial models for budgeting forecasting and long range planning. Ultimately you will enhance systems practices and data accuracy while preparing key public financial documents to support an IPO process.
