As an HR Generalist at Canonical you will play a pivotal role in supporting the global HR function especially in our growth plans across 75 countries. You will report to the Regional HR Manager and help shape the HR processes for future needs. This position requires a strong work ethic and the confidence to uphold high standards of performance and behavior among colleagues. Your responsibilities will include providing HR guidance to team members managing employee relations and ensuring accurate processing of employee changes. You will also handle benefit programs coordinate with finance on payroll matters and oversee the full life-cycle of HR activities which includes onboarding and administering benefits. Critical thinking will be essential as you will automate administrative tasks while managing our HR system. By producing data-driven reports you will support HR initiatives and engage in projects that have a meaningful impact.
