Job Description

As a Junior HR Generalist at Canonical you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR function for the EMEA region in a globally distributed environment. You will provide essential HR support by responding to team inquiries regarding employment contracts and onboarding processes and ensure accurate maintenance of our HR information systems. This role will require you to partner effectively with managers and employees to drive HR processes while managing the hiring and onboarding of new team members. It is essential to possess strong communication skills to foster relationships with colleagues across various levels and functions. Consistently checking and improving HR processes will be a key responsibility as you contribute to team culture and engagement initiatives. This position demands a proactive approach and the ability to work independently ensuring that high standards of HR practices are upheld throughout the organization. You'll need a self-motivated attitude and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information while adapting to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced tech industry.
