This will involve collaborating with teams across the organization to cultivate a culture of engineering excellence while establishing rigorous quality standards. You will define methods for measuring success and foster the adoption of these practices at all engineering levels. Your leadership will extend beyond Canonical as you will build relationships with external groups and partners to promote these standards. A passion for open-source software and the ability to guide agile teams in pushing for engineering improvements are essential for this role.
