The Manager will oversee multiple projects maintain reporting and plans lead Working Group meetings and work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine processes. Additionally the role includes assessing business processes for transformation documenting solution designs and ensuring adherence to automation standards. The Manager will coach staff for success and lead various project lifecycle aspects while conducting risk analyses ensuring best practices are followed and facilitating Scrum meetings.
