Job Description

As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team at Citco you will spearhead efforts to attract source and assess outstanding talent across various business groups. Your responsibilities include enhancing recruitment processes conducting targeted searches to identify passive candidates and utilizing the Applicant Tracking System to evaluate candidate skills. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a fair and equitable hiring process that aligns with Citco's core values. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sourcing talent alongside effective management of high-volume recruitment activities. You will also play a crucial role in contributing to the new global talent acquisition strategy and participating in related projects to enhance recruitment performance.
