Job Description

As a core member of the Enhanced Middle Office team at Citco you will manage payment runs for assigned clients ensuring compliance with service level agreements and performance targets. Your responsibilities include timely processing of invoices and documentation while overseeing tax obligations to prevent late payments. You will present documentation to signatories check authorization of payment instructions and store all payment-related correspondence according to company policies. Your role also entails monitoring transactions and adhering to compliance and KYC procedures. Strong communication skills accuracy and the ability to multitask are essential as you work with accomplished professionals in fund administration delivering exceptional client services.
