As Chapter Lead you will combine strong people leadership with a deep understanding of fraud prevention. Leading and developing a team of Business & Functional Specialists you will foster skill growth and maintain quality across fraud detection and resolution initiatives. Within the 150-member FC Detection and Investigation Solutions Tribe you will ensure effective real-time screening and monitoring of transactions and trade flows while collaborating with Tribe leadership on planning processes. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members providing feedback and driving cross-squad initiatives to enhance fraud prevention measures across Danske Bank. You are expected to carry out HR responsibilities while maintaining high engagement and performance across the chapter. With over five years of relevant experience and a strong agile mindset you are equipped to handle complex stakeholder management and communication needs in the fraud domain.
