Job Description

As a Chief Analyst within the Performance Management & Traction team you'll partner closely with the leadership team to support their strategic decisions by ensuring accurate financial planning and oversight. You will drive the monthly financial cycle including planning and forecasting while providing relevant insights for informed decision-making. Your role is pivotal as you will facilitate effective collaboration across various stakeholders and maintain a structured administrative foundation. With a focus on building strong relationships you will be seen as a trusted advisor helping to identify risks and opportunities. Your contributions will extend beyond just analysis as you will also participate in financial processes and cover for the Head of PM&T in their absence. This requires a proactive self-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
