As a Chief Data Engineer at Danske Bank you will play a pivotal role in the architecture and evolution of a strategic Anti-Money Laundering AML data platform. This position involves leading technical direction for a platform capable of processing large and complex datasets essential for financial crime prevention. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders including engineers architects product owners and business representatives to create scalable secure and high-performing data processing solutions. In addition to driving platform modernization and cloud transformations utilizing AWS and Databricks you will establish engineering standards and practices. Mentoring engineers will also be a crucial component of your role helping to foster a strong data engineering community.
