As an Experienced Business Analyst focused on UX/UI at Danske Bank you will lead the UI/UX Workstream and be instrumental in crafting a coherent accessible and engaging experience across the new Workday HCM platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various programme workstreams and stakeholders to ensure that all solution and process decisions contribute to a unified end-to-end experience for users ranging from employees and managers to candidates and recruiters. You will provide independent guidance on user experiences challenge decisions that could lead to fragmented journeys and ensure that accessibility requirements are integrated and validated throughout the implementation process. Your expertise in user journey evaluation along with your stakeholder management skills will be crucial to bridge user needs with the capabilities and limitations of Workday while promoting consistent experience principles throughout the programme.
