In this role within the Corporate Channels team you will create data-driven solutions to improve self-service and channel capabilities for customers. Collaborating with engineers and product teams you will define and implement data science strategies for Generative AI initiatives while integrating these capabilities into existing systems to generate business value. You will also assess and improve AI solutions by identifying biases and quality challenges and analyse complex datasets to provide insights that inform business decisions. Staying current with emerging technologies in AI will be essential for success in this role.
