We are seeking an Operations Officer for our Buying Home DK team at Danske Bank which aids home-buying processes in Denmark by providing exceptional back-office services to advisers. In this role you will engage in various tasks related to property purchases including managing loan pay-outs processing construction loan invoices and improving processes. You will be part of a collaborative team of 14 in Vilnius closely interacting with Danish colleagues and will thrive in a flexible international setting focused on shared goals and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities involve processing back-office tasks handling communications and driving process migrations to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong English skills a customer-centric approach and is able to meet deadlines during peak periods while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. While experience in banking or finance is preferable it is not mandatory. The role is governed by a hybrid work model promoting work-life balance.
