As a Product Owner in our Core Payments Platform tribe you will be instrumental in transforming our engineering squads and shaping the future of platform services. You will guide skilled engineers in shifting from reactive operations to strategic enablement while translating complex technical challenges into clear outcomes that support our tribe strategy. This role requires ownership of the product direction for Platform Engineering while fostering collaboration with engineers architects and stakeholders. You will prioritize the squad backlog and roadmap aligning it with the tribe's goals and promote operational excellence through automation and platform maturity. Experience as a product owner or transformation lead in technology environments effective communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders while managing priorities are crucial. Familiarity with agile delivery methods and an understanding of IT operations and platform services are also key to successfully driving initiatives from concept through delivery.
