As a Senior Client Manager you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service to Nordic corporate and institutional clientele of Danske Bank Group. In this role you will take ownership of customer tasks ensuring a strong service mindset while managing complex banking inquiries including cash and liquidity management credit markets trading and KYC. You will collaborate with Senior Bankers Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders across different locations to deliver optimal customer solutions. Effective communication and problem-solving skills will be key as you navigate the complexities of the organization to resolve customer queries swiftly. Your experience in the financial sector particularly in cash management or credit products alongside a self-directed solution-focused attitude and proficiency in English will be invaluable in executing your responsibilities effectively and building lasting partnerships with large international and Nordic customers.
