Job Description

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Dexcom, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategy and leading the Talent Acquisition Team within the Global Service Center in Vilnius. You are expected to create and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the needs of various teams, while also leading and developing your team to achieve outstanding results. This role involves collaborating with the TA and HR teams globally to adapt to evolving talent acquisition needs and ensuring a consistent and efficient hiring process. You will also work closely with senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and provide insights into external recruiting practices. The focus will be on optimizing processes to enhance the hiring experience and fostering a high-performing team culture. This dynamic environment requires strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and the ability to drive recruitment excellence across a matrix organization.
