In this role you will provide support to Dutch-speaking Dexcom users through various communication channels including phone email and web forms. You will assist with inquiries regarding Dexcom apps software and hardware offering clear troubleshooting and guidance. Acting as the first point of contact you must ensure accurate documentation and high-quality service while maintaining and updating user accounts as necessary. Participation in product training is expected alongside maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your contribution to a high-performing support team is important to achieve service level goals and promote best practices fostering a collaborative environment that benefits both users and team members.
