As a Senior Project Manager at Dexcom you will play a crucial role in leading strategic regional and global projects within the Program Management team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success while defining project requirements with various business and functional partners. You will develop execution plans based on project scopes and timelines and assist the execution team in overcoming any roadblocks. Effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to quality standards will be essential as you track project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction through established metrics. Additionally you will contribute to enhancing Project Management Office (PMO) maturity by promoting best practices and mentoring less experienced project managers.
