As a Data & AI Manager and RGM subject matter expert in our Consumer & Retail practice you will act as the key stakeholder for client teams across Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence shaping their Revenue Growth Management strategy. You will facilitate discovery across different functions and translate competing commercial priorities into a clear prioritized strategy while building trusted relationships and offering your expertise in pricing promotion and mix. Your role includes defining the requirements for technical teams and ensuring the execution aligns with the economic strategies developed. Although hands-on building of pricing models is not required you must possess fluency in elasticity trade spend and mix economics to shape defensible strategies and adjust for any discrepancies identified through data analysis. You will also contribute to the growth of the practice through proposals and building EPAM's perspective on RGM.
