Job Description

We are seeking a support specialist who will be vital in ensuring the performance and security of our Kafka Platform. You will maintain and troubleshoot the platform while developing innovative features and automating processes. The role involves monitoring system health tuning performance and managing upgrades while ensuring data security through audits. Your responsibilities also include strategic planning for capacity management and supporting associated SaaS services. This position allows for hybrid work in Lithuania providing flexibility to operate from home or our offices in Vilnius and Kaunas. The ideal candidate should have experience with the Confluent Platform strong knowledge in HELM and Docker as well as familiarity with Terraform and cloud services like GCP and AWS. Proficiency in Jenkins and strong scripting abilities are essential.
