Job Description

EPAM is looking for an experienced Lead .NET Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in AWS suited for a renowned global logistics company specializing in transportation management. This role allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Lithuania providing a hybrid work setup that grants flexibility between home and office locations in Vilnius and Kaunas. Your responsibilities involve guiding engineering teams in adopting architectural standards leveraging AWS for efficient cloud-native solutions while translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will assist in preparing project plans and provide leadership and mentoring to other team members. A bachelor's degree in computer science and over six years in software development are required alongside two years of management experience. Familiarity with Scrum or Agile SDLC is essential along with expertise in the .NET framework for building microservices and developing REST APIs. Understanding of GraphQL and ReactJS is a plus.
