As aPolicy Engineer (Cedar Implementation)you will join our team to build an Enterprise Agent Development Platform that supports engineering teams in defining orchestrating deploying and observing AI agents at scale. This platform utilizes LangGraph and Strands Agents on the AWS AgentCore Runtime delivering a seamless developer experience by automating runtime tooling observability and deployment. Your responsibilities will include implementing a baseline Cedar policy library establishing authoring standards and maintaining Cedar policies to ensure consistent authorization across agent workloads. You will integrate identity providers into the policy framework define and manage ABAC and RBAC models develop Python-based tooling for policy validation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policies with compliance standards. Expertise in security engineering cloud-native environments and policy definition methodologies will be essential in fulfilling this role effectively.
