We are seeking a Regional AI Run Lead who excels in delivery leadership commercial ownership and hands-on AI-native engineering. This pivotal role involves ensuring the AI maturity across an entire geography and being actively involved in client engagements while forming a skilled team focused on creating reusable assets. The lead will take responsibility for assessing and advancing AI delivery centers across the CEE region managing local ownership and timelines as well as shaping commercial structures partaking in RFPs to shift engagements towards fixed-fee models. Additionally the candidate is expected to grow AI engineering capacity and represent the organization in client discussions while also ensuring that successful methodologies and assets from regional projects enhance global frameworks. As a production-facing leader the emphasis will be on delivering tangible results and reporting on metrics related to AI maturity and client engagements.
