Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Solution Architect to join our team and assist customers in achieving their business goals. This role involves designing and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions and guiding clients through their digital transformation by aligning business strategies with technology. The ideal candidate will lead the design configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet business objectives and develop scalable data architectures. Additionally they will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define data integration strategies and mentor internal teams on Salesforce functionalities. With a minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis or Functional Consulting preferably in Salesforce the candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on understanding of Salesforce configuration. This hybrid position allows flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania including home or our offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.
