We are seeking an SAP Joule & Multi-Agent Integration Engineer to drive the architecture and implementation of the agentic AI roadmap. In this role you will design build and secure cross-platform agent networks that integrate SAP’s Joule ecosystem with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms using open agent communication protocols. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of agent development ranging from SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) provisioning to production-grade Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration. Your responsibilities will include designing and deploying pro-code AI agents on SAP BTP using Joule Studio and architecting end-to-end A2A communication between SAP Joule and ServiceNow while ensuring agents can reason delegate and recover reliably across networks. You will configure authentication across agent boundaries and own the full SAP BTP stack underpinning agent workloads. This position requires a strong background in agentic AI frameworks API security and an ability to communicate complex designs effectively to diverse audiences.
