We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who is adept at developing tailored AI solutions for a variety of industries. This role involves designing implementing and optimizing chat-based systems Q&A tools and agent-driven applications harnessing generative AI advancements. You will work closely with client teams offering guidance on best practices and helping them utilize cutting-edge technologies to meet their objectives. The position provides a hybrid setup allowing flexibility to work from home or our innovative offices in Vilnius and Kaunas. You will engage in collaborative efforts to ascertain unique client needs develop data pipelines and evaluate AI systems for performance and compliance while remaining abreast of LLM technologies and methodologies to enhance client outcomes.
