Job Description
In this role at EPAM you will take the lead as a Senior Product Manager specializing in Clinical Trials transforming operational clinical trial data into actionable insights that enhance decision-making for trial teams. You will be involved in developing reusable data products that integrate seamlessly into clinical operations collaborating with various stakeholders across departments including Clinical Data Management and Biostatistics. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution where you will be instrumental in shaping the analytics roadmap managing the design and implementation of solutions that serve the clinical trial lifecycle. Your work will encompass trial cost tracking patient recruitment clinical monitoring data integration and compliance analytics. You will also ensure data quality across sources engage with clients on project value realization and maintain oversight on delivery excellence and team dynamics fostering strong client partnerships throughout the project lifespan.
