We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our CEE_WE Data Practice and significantly influence our data and AI delivery across the region. This role involves overseeing program governance ensuring coordination among teams and enhancing the adoption of AI delivery frameworks. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Managers and various teams to establish scalable delivery operations while ensuring alignment with client expectations. Primarily you will manage dependencies and resource constraints while promoting best practices in delivery quality. This position demands a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for AI integration into workflows and requires building trusted relationships with stakeholders. You will also act as a central point for program-level issues facilitate timely resolutions and contribute to strategic pre-sales activities. Utilizing your extensive experience in program management particularly within technology and AI environments will be essential for translating business goals into effective delivery plans and mentoring junior team members.
