We are seeking a Senior Python AI Solution Engineer to design and deploy intelligent-agentic AI systems that automate complex business workflows bridging the gap between operational challenges and scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications and demonstrate strong proficiency in Python LangChain cloud technologies and LLM-based application development. Candidates should also possess proven experience in implementing and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions and show an outstanding ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders translating complex business logic into automated workflows. Additionally the candidate should have the capability to support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows.
