We are currently seeking a Building Management Systems Manager to join our team in Vilnius. This role involves overseeing building maintenance and ensuring the functionality of engineering systems while managing the operational organization of installations. The manager will be responsible for compliance with legal requirements regarding the maintenance of buildings and engineering systems as well as the development and maintenance of building management systems (BMS). Furthermore the role includes analyzing data from the BMS identifying and managing failures prioritizing incident resolutions for internal users and organizing repair and maintenance tasks through contractors. Effective monitoring and control of supplies development of annual maintenance schedules and preparation of necessary documentation for project initiation and planning are also essential responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a higher technical or engineering education as well as experience in building maintenance and administration. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is required alongside the ability to understand technical documentation including projects and drawings. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is preferred and a valid driving license (Category B) is necessary. Strong responsibility independent work organization skills and good communication abilities are essential for this role. The candidate should be proactive and capable of collaborating effectively with team members to address challenges.
