The Business Resilience Manager will develop and coordinate a company-wide business resilience management system that encompasses strategies for business continuity information and cybersecurity physical security risk management and crisis management. This role will ensure effective leadership to create a results-focused resilience system integrating all elements from threat identification to planning and testing response measures. Furthermore this position will engage and manage stakeholders to align the needs and competencies of the group’s subsidiaries to achieve optimal decisions for the organizational goals while also developing and maintaining mechanisms for managing incidents and crises. The Manager will play a vital role in fostering a culture of resilience across the organization strategically guiding teams and ensuring accountability at all levels.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a university degree or equivalent education and have practical experience in operational continuity incident and crisis management as well as risk assessment and planning of resilience measures. Significant leadership experience in related fields such as business resilience cybersecurity operations continuity and national security is required. A deep understanding of legal regulations regarding national security crisis management and civil safety in Lithuania and the European Union is essential. The applicant should demonstrate strategic thinking the ability to coordinate processes across various stakeholders and make decisions under pressure. Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English both spoken and written are necessary.
