As the head of the relay protection and automation team you will oversee the planning and execution of tasks ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery. You will organize and coordinate the tuning commissioning technical maintenance and testing activities of RAA equipment at energy projects. In this role you will manage the implementation of complex RAA technical solutions assess project designs and technical risks. You will be responsible for calculating work execution budgets and coordinating efforts with colleagues and project participants. Additionally you will focus on enhancing team competencies refining working methods and applying best practices while contributing to the development and efficiency of RAA operations. Your work will be based in the central office in Kaunas with responsibilities extending throughout Lithuania.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a higher education degree in electrical energy electrical engineering or automation. Significant practical experience in the fields of installation tuning and commissioning of RAA equipment is essential. You should have excellent knowledge of microprocessor-based RAA devices operation and configuration along with the ability to lead a team plan work and make technical decisions. Strong organizational and collaborative skills are required along with a valid category B driving license.
