In this role you will coordinate IT changes ensuring that they are planned and executed smoothly with minimal impact on business operations. You will be the main point of contact responsible for risk management as well as the development of the change process. Duties include overseeing standard urgent and normal IT changes organizing evaluations approvals and administering the Change Advisory Board (CAB). You will also ensure proper documentation within the ITSM system assess risks dependencies and impact on services and coordinate collaboration among teams involved in changes. Furthermore you will manage the change calendar analyze unsuccessful changes and devise improvement actions while ensuring compliance with internal rules information security and audit requirements.
Job Requirements
You should possess a higher education degree and have experience in IT process project or service management. Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals and practical experience in coordinating complex IT changes are essential. You must be capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and demonstrate strong documentation and process analysis skills. Additionally excellent communication and negotiation skills are required along with the ability to work with various stakeholder groups. An analytical mindset and systematic approach are important and proficiency in both Lithuanian and English is necessary. Preferred qualifications include ITIL certifications experience with ITSM platforms and project management certifications.
