As the Operational Manager RAA at EPSO-G you will lead the center's RAA team and methodically guide the region's specialists in implementing a cohesive policy for the operation commissioning and cybersecurity of transmission network devices. Your role includes planning maintenance scopes using asset management systems and ensuring adherence to budgets. You will develop investment budgets and oversee the timely execution of projects. Moreover you will implement security measures in RAA systems and ensure compliance across regions. Additionally you will analyze international best practices and adapt them to our technical requirements fostering operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Candidates must hold a higher education degree in electrical energy electrical engineering or automation and have experience with 110-400 kV transmission network RAA equipment in installation commissioning or operation. Proficiency in MS Office is needed along with understanding the regulations around these devices and fluency in English both spoken and written. Strong communication responsibility initiative time management and organizational skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Siemens ABB and GE microprocessor-controlled devices and relevant certification for specialized construction work on critical facilities. A valid driver's license is required.
