As a Senior Lawyer you will execute functions of legal counsel and secretary for collegial bodies and assist in organizing meetings for their chairpersons. Your responsibilities will include drafting reviewing and coordinating various corporate and internal legal acts as well as providing legal consultations on labor law. You will monitor relevant legislative acts ensuring compliance while organizing planning and overseeing corporate processes. Your role is critical in guiding strategic projects that enhance energy independence in Lithuania.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a higher university education in law with a strong understanding of corporate law and practical experience working with collegial management bodies. Experience in corporate law is essential alongside the ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with diverse executive teams. The role demands initiative analytical thinking and the capacity to independently manage workload and priorities. Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required while experience in state-owned enterprises labor law and compliance would be advantageous.
