As the Head of Customer Lifecycle at Hostinger you will lead our communication efforts overseeing and executing campaigns aimed at improving key business metrics that ensure our clients feel valued and remain committed. You will enhance communication flows through A/B testing and new initiatives and boost client engagement while advocating for their needs by collaborating with data and marketing teams to understand client segments. This role requires over five years of experience in lifecycle marketing preferably with web-based platforms allowing you to demonstrate sharp judgment strong leadership skills and an analytical mindset. Your written communication will be pivotal in drafting clear and compelling messages.
