In this position you will be responsible for operational efficiency process architecture and the development of company employees in matters related to operational efficiency and process management. You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem by: creating implementing and maintaining process management standards and systems; providing consulting on methodological process management issues seeking operational efficiency; preparing organizing and leading training sessions; integrating LEAN tools into the company's daily operations; creating and managing process map architecture considering the company's operational specifics; conducting operational needs analysis and optimizing operations; implementing initiatives both independently and by organizing team collaboration; fostering a culture of continuous improvement (operational excellence) by engaging and motivating employees.
