Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart! #employeesafety You will contribute to creating a green and safe energy ecosystem by: Ensuring the implementation of the Republic of Lithuania’s OSH regulations the Company’s and Group’s internal requirements and their consistent application in complex and high-risk activities; Defining implementing and overseeing OSH prevention systems and critical risk control models within the Company identifying their shortcomings and initiating systematic improvement actions; Conducting regular and extraordinary inspections of workplaces contractors’ operations and high-risk works assessing the effectiveness of control measures; upon identifying critical violations initiating the suspension of unsafe work; Carrying out advanced professional risk assessments applying international methodologies evaluating safety-critical control measures; Reviewing OSH incidents analyzing their causes and providing recommendations for preventive measures; Consulting managers and employees on critical risks safety devices causes of incidents and other OSH topics; Providing suggestions regarding occupational safety and health solutions the application of requirements and the implementation of best practices.
