Currently we are looking for a Head of Employee Safety Health and Environmental Protection Department who will shape and implement the employee safety health and environmental protection (hereinafter - DSSA) strategy ensure compliance with Group standards and strengthen safety culture and accountability in the organization. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem: \n- Leading the DSSA function including employee safety health and environmental protection teams ensuring effective coordination of activities competency development and accountability; \n- Shaping and implementing the company's DSSA strategy according to Group standards; \n- Ensuring monitoring of DSSA performance results preparing reports for management and initiating initiatives to improve performance indicators; \n- Leading the development and improvement of DSSA processes and management systems; \n- Ensuring the operation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems conducting audits and ongoing improvement; \n- Managing DSSA risks organizing inspections audits incident investigations and implementing preventive measures; \n- Ensuring employee DSSA competency development and training system effectiveness; \n- Coordinating contractor safety and environmental management and ensuring compliance with legal requirements; \n- Collaborating with state institutions and other stakeholders; \n- Contributing to the organization's crisis readiness continuity of operations and continuous improvement.
