We are looking for a colleague to join the planning department of the Technological Equipment and Mechanics team and help us take care of the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment at the Kruonis and Kaunas hydroelectric power plants. You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem by: \n- Planning and organizing the technical maintenance work of the Kruonis and Kaunas hydroelectric power plants hydroturbines and other mechanical equipment; \n- Organizing the processes for eliminating defects and shortcomings in operational facilities and controlling their resolution; \n- Preparing annual and long-term technical maintenance plans for the assigned area and budgeting; \n- Developing the annual procurement plan initiating planned and emergency purchases; \n- Initiating the creation of contracts necessary for equipment maintenance and organizing the execution and control of these contracts; \n- Providing proposals for investment work; \n- Participating in project activities involved in assigned investment projects.
