Currently we are looking for a new team member in the Auxiliary Equipment and Structural Maintenance Team. Do you think we could work well together? If so we look forward to having you on our team! You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem by:\n\n- Organizing technical maintenance installation and repair work for auxiliary equipment (technological pipelines pressure vessels lifting equipment etc.) and structures;\n- Ensuring safe reliable effective operation of equipment and their systems in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other regulatory documents;\n- Coordinating the work of contracting organizations overseeing their activities and ensuring work quality;\n- Solving problems and proposing improvements in the technical maintenance field;\n- Setting team goals metrics tasks and programs and controlling their execution;\n- Developing staff providing feedback and ensuring staff shifts.
