The company's board will be elected by the decision of the general shareholders' meeting for a new four-year term starting from the day of the board's election unless otherwise specified in the decision (but no later than until the regular general meeting of shareholders of the Company in 2027). The board is formed of 3 (three) members: 1 (one) independent member and 2 (two) representatives delegated by the Company’s shareholder. According to the current remuneration policy of the AB "Ignitis group" corporate group (hereinafter – the Remuneration Policy) and the AB "Ignitis group" corporate group remuneration guidelines the independent member may receive a fixed remuneration of 4070 euros (before taxes) per calendar month for their activities on the board.
