In this position you will be an important link between business and IT teams analyzing billing payments debt management and customer payment processes defining functional requirements for the ETA system and ensuring their implementation. You will contribute to building a safe and green energy ecosystem by: Analyzing business needs customer payments billing payment and debt management processes; Preparing and detailing functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria; Analyzing and describing system functionalities data flows and integration links; Modeling business processes using UML BPMN or other analysis tools to visually represent system functionality; Breaking down large business needs (Epics) into smaller technical tasks and preparing easily understandable and regularly updated documentation; Collaborating with the product owner business experts solution architects developers analysts and testers for smooth implementation of solutions; Preparing testing scenarios participating in solution testing and ensuring requirement compliance; Analyzing the performance of existing systems and identifying business rules necessary for developing new ETA functionalities; Contributing to the development of the ETA system by creating sustainable solutions that meet business needs.
