In this position you will communicate with clients over the phone help solve their inquiries provide suggestions and contribute to creating a positive customer experience. You will contribute to the creation of quality customer experiences by: Serving clients through remote channels and ensuring professional and quality service; Identifying client needs and providing suitable product and service offerings; Achieving personal and team sales and service quality goals; Managing complex client situations and constructively resolving arising issues; Collaborating with the team and contributing ideas to improve customer experience. Work is organized during the contact center's working hours (Mon-Fri 8:00-19:00 Sat 9:00-17:00 closed on Sun). Work hours are organized using a cumulative working time accounting system.
