We are currently looking for a new team member for our contact center in Šiauliai. In this position you will be responsible for communicating with customers by phone assisting in resolving their inquiries providing offers and creating a positive customer experience. Work is organized during contact center hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Sun closed). Working hours are organized using aggregated working time accounting.
