You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem by: ensuring the implementation and consistent application of the Republic of Lithuania's Employee Safety and Health (ES&H) legislation Company and Group internal requirements in complex and high-risk activities; coordinating the elimination of recurring non-conformities and strengthening control discipline; conducting regular and extraordinary workplace contractor activities and high-risk job inspections evaluating the effectiveness of control measures; carrying out advanced professional risk assessments using international methodologies assessing safety-critical control measures; participating in incident investigations conducting root cause analysis ensuring investigation quality and a culture of learning from incidents; controlling contractor ES&H compliance high-risk contractor operations and initiating the suspension of unsafe work upon identifying critical violations; checking the effectiveness of the ISO 45001" system through audits inspections and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions; consulting company employees on ES&H matters and communicating safety priorities; contributing to the development of continuous improvement initiatives for ES&H processes."
