In this position you will contribute to OSH risk management organizing the prevention of accidents (SIF") strengthening critical control measures and developing a safety culture within the organization. You will contribute to creating a green and safe energy ecosystem by: Ensuring compliance with the Republic of Lithuania's OSH legislation the company's and the group's internal requirements and their consistent application in complex and high-risk activities; Coordinating the elimination of recurring non-compliances and strengthening control discipline; Conducting regular and extraordinary inspections of workplaces contractor activities and high-risk work and evaluating the effectiveness of control measures; Performing advanced occupational risk assessments using international methodologies ("HIRA" "TRA" "ORA") assessing safety-critical control measures; Participating in incident investigations conducting root cause analysis ensuring the quality of investigations and promoting a culture of learning from incidents; Monitoring contractor compliance with OSH regulations high-risk contractor operations and upon identifying critical violations initiating the suspension of unsafe work; Checking the effectiveness of the "ISO 45001" system through audits inspections and assessments of corrective actions' effectiveness; Advising company employees on OSH issues and communicating about safety priorities; Contributing to the development of initiatives for the continuous improvement of OSH processes."
